Doctors and physicians can load patient treatments, symptoms, and issues unanimously into the program and the results that were reported by the treatments to help each other provide the best care to their patients. It is hoped that this collaboration makes the treatment of patients easier and more effective as a complete model is building the new model of patient-centered care.
