Adam Milstein is an Israeli-American professional who wears many hats: A real estate investor, a philanthropist, a community leader, a managing partner of Hager Pacific Properties, and a co-founder of the Israeli-American Council. In Hagar Pacific Properties, he oversees the firm’s disposition, accounting, and financing. This firm specializes in rehabilitating, acquiring, and repositioning retail, industrial, office, retail, and multi-family properties. Adam Milstein was recently named as the National Chairman of this group. He’s also an executive board member of several firms, including StandWithUs, the AIPAC National Council, the Los Angeles Board of Birthright Israel, and the Jewish Funders Network.
His Philanthropic Efforts
Adam Milstein and his wife, Gila, established the Adam and Gila Milstein Family Foundation (MFF). He is the chairman of the board in this organization that focuses on strengthening the Jewish People and the state of Israel. His organization sponsors the education of young professionals and students for identifying their Jewish roots, igniting their pride of being Jewish, connecting with the state of Israel, and offering them the knowledge and facts that advocate for the Jewish people and the state of Israel. He and his spouse also co-founded the Sifriyat Pijama B’America. This firm offers free monthly books in Hebrew to over 70 Israeli-Jewish-American families in the US.
His Early Beginnings
Born in Haifa, Israel, Milstein is the eldest child of Hillel Milstein, a real estate developer, and his wife, Eva, a homemaker. In 1949, Eva immigrated from Mexico to Israel when she was 18 years of age. When the state of Israel was established in 1948, his father immigrated from Argentina to Israel when he was the age of 19. His father was also a combat sailor in which took part in Israel’s independence war as a combat sailor. His parents married in 1950, and his family moved from Haifa to Kiryat Yam. Also, he earned his bachelor of science degree in economics and business in 1978 from the Technion in 1978. Adam Milstein also earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California in 1981.
His Personal Life
Adam Milstein and his wife live in Encino, CA, and they have three daughters, one granddaughter, and two grandsons.
